These terms apply to purchases made through cwtchcath.com.
Cwtch Cath is a small independent UK business offering a mixture of handmade products, carefully selected wholesale/curated goods and secondhand finds.
Not every item sold by Cwtch Cath is handmade. The individual product description will explain the nature of the item wherever relevant.
Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied at checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
You will receive confirmation of your order electronically.
Very occasionally an item may become unavailable, stock may have been recorded incorrectly or there may be an obvious pricing/listing error. If I cannot fulfil an order, I will contact you and refund any payment made for the unavailable item.
Prices
The product price shown on the website is the price charged for the item unless an obvious error has occurred.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
Cwtch Cath currently uses a £5.70 standard UK shipping charge for the first item, with additional items in the same order adding no extra standard postage charge.
Please see the Shipping Information page for full details.
UK Orders Only
Cwtch Cath currently accepts online orders for delivery to UK addresses only.
I do not currently offer international shipping through the website.
Products & Photographs
I try to describe and photograph products as accurately as possible.
Handmade items may have small variations because they are individually made rather than mass-produced.
Colours can also appear slightly different between screens and devices.
Secondhand and vintage products may show normal signs of previous use. Any noticeable flaws known to me will be described or photographed.
Handmade, Wholesale & Curated Products
Cwtch Cath is intentionally a mixture of different types of products.
Some pieces are designed and handmade by me, while others are carefully selected wholesale products or secondhand finds.
The aim is to create a fun, affordable and varied collection for cats, cat lovers, creative people and fellow dopamine lovers.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some seasonal or handmade products may be listed as pre-order or made-to-order.
Where this applies, an estimated preparation or dispatch period will be shown on the product page.
Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order/made-to-order products will normally be dispatched together once the complete order is ready.
A longer agreed dispatch period for a pre-order does not remove any consumer rights that otherwise apply. Online businesses ordinarily need to deliver within 30 days unless a different delivery period has been agreed with the customer.
Safety & Product Use
Please read any safety information included with individual products.
Products containing small components are not suitable for very young children unless specifically stated.
Cat toys and enrichment products should be checked regularly for damage and used appropriately for the individual animal. Please remove damaged toys or loose components.
Any product-specific safety instructions on the listing or packaging should be followed.
Returns
Online purchases are subject to the rights and conditions explained in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or restrict statutory consumer rights.
Website Content & Designs
Unless otherwise stated, Cwtch Cath branding, original artwork, photographs, written content and original designs may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Complaints
If you have a problem with an order, please contact me first so I have the opportunity to help resolve it.
