All items are handmade with care. Please allow a few days for your order to be completed and taken to the post office. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are sent with Royal Mail First Class.

Delivery aim: 1–2 working days from dispatch (not from purchase).

Standard First Class is not tracked, but proof of postage is always obtained.

🎃 Pre-Orders
Some seasonal items (like Halloween or Christmas treat bags) are pre-order only. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly shown on each product page.
💌 Combined Orders

If you order multiple items, shipping will be combined automatically.

Large products (like treat bags) include shipping costs in the price, so smaller add-on items will ship free in the same parcel.

Once parcels are handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside of our control. Please allow extra time during busy seasonal periods.
Problems With Delivery

Damaged on arrival? Email photos and your order number within 48 hours so I can help.

Late or lost? Royal Mail considers items lost after their waiting period; I’ll guide you through next steps once that window passes.
